Cancellation and refund requests can only be made via e-mail and telephone. You can return the product you received without destroying it, without using it, within seven (3) days from the delivery date, in the same condition as you received it. You can send us an e-mail stating the product, product invoice, order number and reason for return.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Returns of products that have been opened, used, destroyed, etc. are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

If our company detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and will not refund the price. For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted.

There are no exchanges or refunds for orders placed incorrectly by you. For example; You ordered ABS. Your order has been produced and you have received it. But you realized that what you really need is PLA. In such cases, no change is made. Bestfilament is not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.

Return shipping fee will be deducted from the return price for the products returned in accordance with the above conditions. For purchases made with the payment method at the door, the payment fee will also be deducted at the door. Transfer refunds will be made within 2 work days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 work days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month by your bank.
